The old Washington School building on 1st Street has been purchased by a Tulsa Developer who has plans to put in a Retail Mall and Junior College.

An Antique Airplane Museum is proposed at the Airport Hanger

Two New Restaurants opened this month:
Steak & Egg at old K's Hillside Cafe former location - featuring
breakfast all day and great steaks cut on site
and
Subway on Route 66 at corner of 4th & Main. Will feature had
dipped ice cream and coffee bar in addition to great
sandwiches.

Children can hunt for prize eggs and visit with the Easter Bunny.

May 13 & 14, 2005 – Tabouli Festival
First Annual Tabouli Festival celebrating Bristow’s Lebanese heritage and featuring a Miss Tabouli Pageant.
May 14, 2005 - Wildflower 5K Run
Participants can choose to run or walk. Medals are awarded following event.

May 19, 2005 - Annual Agricultural Tour
Registration begins at 7am, with the tour beginning at 8am. Selected sites of agriculture interest will be toured. Small charge for lunch.
